Who We Are
KIM Consulting Co., Ltd was founded by Ms. Kim Cuong, a licensed lawyer and experienced consultant. She holds a Law Practice Certificate issued by Vietnam’s Ministry of Justice and is a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association and the Vietnam Bar Federation.
Before founding KIM Consulting, Ms. Kim Cuong spent over eight years at InvestConsult Group, a government-licensed pioneer in investment consulting, where she held senior roles in legal and project consulting, including Legal Consultant, Head of Legal Consulting, and Deputy Manager of Project Consulting & Managing Department.
About Us
At KIM Consulting, we provide a comprehensive range of consulting services tailored to the diverse needs of our clients. Our core expertise lies in investment and corporate consultancy, including company establishment in Viet Nam for both foreign and local investors, overseas company formation for Vietnamese investors, advisory on mergers and acquisitions, tax and customs matters, post-licensing compliance, and applications for sub-licenses such as chemical trading and manufacturing licenses and trading licenses for foreign-invested companies.
We also advise on labor-related matters, including the resolution of labor disputes and consultation on the development of compensation and benefits (C&B) policies. In addition, we support clients with immigration services, such as visas, work permits, and temporary residence cards for foreign nationals.
Beyond corporate and investment consulting, KIM Consulting offers study abroad consulting services, guiding students and families through the overseas education process – from school selection and application preparation to related administrative procedures.
